This is my sort of my therapy. I love ♥ love ♥ love ♥ looking at pictures, icons, and blogs ! kinda nosie-kinda curious. I like quotes a whole bunch and sayings. ♥ ♥ ♥ Lyrics & meaningful stuff! My absolute favorite thing to do is go out to eat ! I love it when you can order whatever it is that you want and not have to clean up the mess, nor cook. I ♥ to go to the ocean, go camping and lots of other stuff. I am fairly new to Tumblr so show me the way.

Oh yeah, and I think WAY too much...so much I get freaked out over nothing..I get too stressed all the time. I Hate my job!! I LOVE MY GUINEA PIGS ◕‿◕ I have 4 lil' piggies I live in California where is always too hot in the summer.

Before - 158.5 lbs. Taken on 8/26/13
After (More like “in progress” but anyway)- 159 lbs. Taken on 10/1/13
SO?!  Does the challenge work?YES.  It doesn’t really show it in the pictures  but I can definitely feel my legs (especially my thighs ohmygosh) getting stronger.  So… I’d say this challenge is proved!  :D

I gained more defined quads, a rounder butt (in real life, the result is better than on the pic :p) and stronger thigh … i mean, really really stronger&#160;! Seriously, if you want to try, do it&#160;! You won’t be disappointed&#160;! :D

I ate E-X-A-C-T-L-Y same meals as usual, just followed this challenge every morning :) This change is not huge, but for only 21 days, i can definitely say it works&#160;: thighs stronger, gained “defined” quads and my butt looks rounder&#160;! :D I will make the big post with my challenge partner fitscientist about this Challenge soon :)
